I first met Ahmad at the gym, we quickly became friends through our common love for fitness and food.
When it came time to finding my first purchase, It was a no brainer I was going to use Ahmad. I brought my parents along and throughout the entire process Ahmad was nothing but professional and driven to find the right property for me.
I looked at many condos to which Ahmad asked me if I was set on a condo, I replied that I’d rather be in a townhouse. Ahmad and I looked at a townhouse and I instantly knew that is what I needed. Ahmad advised me of the financials and how they wouldn’t be much different as well as informing me a townhouse would be a better investment in the future. Ahmad and the selling realtor met at a common goal relatively quickly and like that I was in my first property.
